Early morning arrival in Bhutan. Explore Paro. Drive to Thimphu. Possible stop at local home en route.

Visit Memorial Chorten, Textile Museum, Paper factory, village school for arts and crafts, Zilukha Nunnery.

Day 3


Drive to Gadgety over Dochu La. Optional hike up to Lungchuzeykha.

Explore Gangtey Valley.

Day 5


Drive Bumthang via Trongsa. Jambay Lhakhang Drup.

Day 6


Enjoy Jambau Tsechu and Jakar Valley

Day 7


Visit Prakar Festival in Chummi or Drive to Tang Valley to see Ugyencholing and Mebartso.

Day 8


Drive to Punakha. Evening visit to Chimi Leaking.

Climb to Kamsum Yuelling. Visit home and cooking lesson. Explore Punakha Dzong.

Drive to Paro via Thimphu.

Visit Taktsang Monastery and Kyichu. Farewell dinner.
