My recent trip to Cambodia and Vietnam was excellent – from the guides, the people and the culture. It’s important to remind travelers to remain open of heart and mind, be willing to step out of your comfort zone, don’t be afraid to learn the language of the country you are visiting – it is a wonderful way to break the ice of interacting with locals.
