- Day 1
Early morning flight to Bhutan from Bangkok or Delhi. Drive to Thimphu. Possible stop at local home and iron bridge en route, depending on arrival time.
- Day 2
Visit Memorial Chorten, Textile Museum, paper factory, village school for arts and crafts. Late afternoon archery match with local people.
- Day 3
Drive to Punakha. Optional hike up to Lungchuzeykha. Afternoon walk through rice fields to Chimi Lhakhang.
- Day 4
Morning river rafting. Lu-choe offering with a family and biking through the area to Punkakha Dzong.

Drive Bumthang via Trongsa

Jakar Valley Touring

First day of Trek
